How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hoone

When successfully syncing rates to Hoone listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates, minimum stay restrictions and extra person fees for up to 720 days. Connecting your Hoone account to PriceLabs takes only a few minutes. Follow the steps below to integrate your listings.

Step 1: Add Your Listings in PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click on the "+ Add/Reconnect Listings" button in the upper left corner.
  3. In the pop-up window, search for "Hoone" in the PMS list.
  4. Check the box for "Allow Hoone to add listings to your PriceLabs account" and click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Hoone

  1. Log in to your Hoone account.
  2. Navigate to Configuration → Integrations.
  3. Find PriceLabs and click on the PriceLabs icon.
  4. Enter your PriceLabs-registered email and click Send.

Step 3: Allow Listings to Sync with PriceLabs

  1. Select the listings you want to sync to PriceLabs.
  2. Turn ON the toggle and click the "+" sign to enable syncing.
  3. Go to Inventory & Tariffs and click the sync icon to push your calendar for the first time.

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Hoone account to verify updates
