How to Integrate PriceLabs with HomHero

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-in restrictions to HomHero for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your HomHero Account

  1. Log in to your HomHero account.
  2. On the left-side panel, click on Market Place



  3. Under the Pricing section, locate and click on PriceLabs



  4. Access the Credentials tab and turn ON the Active toggle
  5. Copy the Account Reference and click on Save.



Step 2: Connecting HomHero to PriceLabs

    1. Log into PriceLabs.
    2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
    3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose HomHero from the dropdown.
    4. Paste your Account Reference on the Account ID field.
    5. [Optional] Tick the box to "Add Address to Listing Name" if you prefer to see the address on the listing name in PriceLabs
    6. Click Connect.



    7. Once connected, your HomHero listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

    Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

    1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
    2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
    3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
    4. Check your HomHero account to verify updates

    Troubleshooting Common Issues

    Booking.com Monthly View When Connected Through HomHero

    When a Booking.com listing is connected to any API partner—including RMS or PMS platforms—the monthly calendar view in Booking.com becomes unavailable. Users will only be able to access the list view and yearly view of the calendar. This is expected behavior on Booking.com’s side and applies universally to listings integrated via API. More details here.
