How to Integrate PriceLabs with Homeresa

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Homeresa for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Homeresa to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Homeresa from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Homeresa to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Homeresa

In order to connect your Homeresa account with PriceLabs, you should reach out to Homeresa support(support@homeresa.com
) to enable PriceLabs for your account in Homeresa. Once PL is enabled for your account, please proceed to follow the below steps:
  1. Log in to your Homeresa account. Go to the module 'Diffusion':
  2. Select 'pricelabs' and click on 'Lots'
  3. Select the properties you wish to connect with PriceLabs and click on 'Affect'
  4. The enabled properties will be instantly pushed to your PriceLabs account.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Homeresa account to verify updates.
