How to Integrate PriceLabs with HeyTia

PriceLabs can send Daily Rates, Minimum Stay and Check In/Out to HeyTia for the next 720 days at a time, starting from the day of activation.

Before You Start

  • You must have a connection with Channex otherwise HeyTia will refuse the connection.

Step 1: Connecting HeyTia to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "HeyTia " from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow HeyTia to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click 
  5. Save. 

Step 2: Connect & Setup in HeyTia 

  1. In the sidebar, navigate to "Synchronisation" > "Dynamic pricing" (French UI: "Tarification dynamique").

  2.  Enter your PriceLabs account email, then click "Connect my account" ("Raccorder mon compte").


  3. In "Your properties", tick the properties you want PriceLabs to price, or click "Select all".

  4. Click "Hand over to PriceLabs" and confirm. Keep the page open until the summary appears.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your HeyTia account to verify updates
