How to Integrate PriceLabs with Haven

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, checkin & check-out restrictions, extra person fees, weekly and monthly discounts to Book With Haven for up to 730 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Haven to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Haven from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Haven to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Haven

  1. Login to your Haven account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Dynamic Pricing → PriceLabs and click "eligible properties" as shown below



  3. Click on "Connect" for the property you wish to connect with PriceLabs                                                                                     
  4. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address then click "Connect PriceLabs" to save



  5. Once connected, your Haven listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Haven account to verify updates
