PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay restrictions to GraceSoft for up to 540 Days. 

Feature Availability

Before You Start

• For recently added listings in GraceSoft, wait a few minutes before importing them into PriceLabs.

Step 1: Adding Your Listings to PriceLabs

1. Log into your PriceLabs account.
2. Click the “+ Add/Reconnect Listings” button in the upper left.
3. In the pop-up window, search for “GraceSoft” in the PMS list.
4. Check “Allow GraceSoft to add listings to your PriceLabs account” and click Save.
   
   

Step 2: Connecting & Setting Up in GraceSoft

1. In your GraceSoft account, navigate to:
   • Setup → Add-on Features → PriceLabs
2. Enter the following details:
   • PriceLabs account email
   • Currency
   • PriceLabs API Key (optional – required if you want to set Base Price, Min & Max Price)

Step 3: Mapping & Verification in GraceSoft

1. Go to Listing Setup → Add Listing to PriceLabs.
2. Select a listing from the Room Type / Listing dropdown.
3. Enable “Is Auto Update” to allow automatic syncing of prices and reservations.
4. Enter listing details such as:
   • Name
   • Amenities
   • Pricing details
5. Fill in the location details and click Save.
   
6. Once saved, the listing will appear on the Listing Setup page. Click the Sync icon to sync the listing and calendar information with PriceLabs.
   
7. Review the prices under PriceLabs → Price List.
   

Note:

• If “Is Auto Update” is enabled, prices will automatically update after a few minutes.
• You can also manually update prices by clicking “Apply Prices”.
