How to Integrate PriceLabs with GraceSoft

When successfully syncing rates to GraceSoft listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates, min-stay restrictions.  It only takes a few minutes to connect your GraceSoft account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your GraceSoft listings with PriceLabs below:

Importing GraceSoft listings in PriceLabs: 

Step 1 : Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “GraceSoft”. Then be sure to check “Allow GraceSoft to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click Save

Step 2: Connect & setup in GraceSoft account

Once you have setup your account on PriceLabs, Navigate to setup - > Add on features- >PriceLabs

Enter the PriceLabs account email, Currency and also PriceLabs API key (Optional- only in case you want to set Base Price, Min & Max Price)

Step 3: Mapping & Verification in GraceSoft:

1. Under listing setup -> add listing to PriceLabs.
   
2. Select a listing from the 'Room Type / Listing'
   
3. Enable 'Is Auto Update' for Auto Sync of Prices and Reservations
   
4. Fill the Listing Related Details – e.g. Name, Amenities, and prices etc.
   
5. Fill the locations details and click on 'Save'.
   
      
   
   
6. Now the Listing should be visible on the Listing Setup page:
7. Click on the Sync icon to sync the listing & calendar information with PriceLabs
   
8. You can review the prices under the PriceLabs -> Price List
   
   

Wait for few minutes for the prices to be updated automatically if you have 'Is Auto Update' turned ON or you can manually update the prices by clicking on 'Apply Prices'.

Step 4 : Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs

Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price.

To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh. When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once. 

Once you have successfully imported your listings, you can go through our Getting Started guide or join one of our  live onboarding training sessions during office hours to get a good overview of the system and all of the available customizations.
