How to Integrate PriceLabs with Furnished Habitat

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay to Furnished Habitat for up to 720 days in advance.

Important Note: Once connected with PriceLabs, prices can only be updated in PriceLabs and would be sent to Furnished Habitat, where they can be viewed on the pricing screen.

Step 1: Connecting Furnished Habitat to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Furnished Habitat" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Furnished Habitat to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Furnished Habitat

  1. In Furnished Habitat, open Host → Listings → select the listing → Pricing & Channels.
  2. Enter the email registered to the PriceLabs account and click Connect PriceLabs. 
  3. Click Enable PriceLabs for this listing.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Furnished Habitat account to verify updates.
