How to Integrate PriceLabs with FreeOnlineBooking

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-in restrictions to FreeOnlineBooking for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting FreeOnlineBooking to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose FreeOnlineBooking from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow FreeOnlineBooking to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in FreeOnlineBooking

  1. Login to your FreeOnlineBooking account.
  2. Navigate to Rates → PriceLabs → Setup then set up the connection as below:
    1. Tick the boxes for the following
      1. Use PriceLabs
      2. Update Reservations: Enable reservation updates to PriceLabs. Required for Portfolio Analytics.
      3. Use Rates As Default: Tick this box to replace seasonal base rates with PriceLabs' recommended rates. Leave it unticked to continue using seasonal rates while using PriceLabs as a pricing guide. If unticked, PriceLabs rates can be overridden as normal; this gives you full control over your pricing.
      4. Use MinStay As Default: Tick this box to replace base minimum stays with PriceLabs' recommendations. Leave it unticked to continue using your existing minimum stay settings while using PriceLabs as a guide. If unticked, PriceLabs minimum stays can be overridden as normal; this gives you full control over your minimum stays.
    2. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address on the PriceLabs Username field
    3. [Optional] Set your rate modifier. This adjust PriceLabs' recommended rates by a percentage if you need to compensate for commissions on booking channels.

  3. Go to the Mappings tab and select the room types and rate cards/rate plans you want to sync with PriceLabs.
    1. Set the default rate card for each room type. PriceLabs will only provide recommended rates for the default rate card.



    2. Click on Update Mappings to create new listings in PriceLabs and set up the associated rate plans.
  4. Go to the Synchronisation tab
    1. If setting up PriceLabs for the first time, click the Update Inventory to PriceLabs button to sync your inventory.
    2. If you have chosen to sync reservation data, click Update All Reservations to PriceLabs to send reservations.



  5. Once connected, your FreeOnlineBooking listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your FreeOnlineBooking account to verify updates
