How to Integrate PriceLabs with Freemium

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in restrictions/check-out to Freemium for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Freemium to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Freemium from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Freemium to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2. Connect and Setup in Freemium

  1. Login to your Freemium account.
  2. Navigate to Partner Services → Automated Rate Manager then click "View"



  3. On the "Configure Pricelabs" pop-up, enter your registered PriceLabs email address then click "Submit"



  4. On the property list, click the "Enable" button for all properties you wish to import to PriceLabs



  5. Once connected, your Freemium listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Freemium account to verify updates

Additional Steps in Freemium

Once your property is published on PriceLabs, its status will become active and new options will be available next to the property:
  1. Resync Property: Click this button to resync your property information with PriceLabs if you make any updates.

  1. Resync Calendar: Select this option to update your Freemium property calendar on PriceLabs.

  1. View on PriceLabs: This will open and display the property in PriceLabs.

  1. Deactivating the connection: Use this button to disconnect the property from PriceLabs.
