How to Integrate PriceLabs with FNS Rooms

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and extra person fees to FNS Rooms for up to 365 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Reach out to FNS support and request the following credentials:
    1. FNS Username
    2. FNS Password
    3. Hotel Id
    4. FNS URL

Step 2: Connecting FNS Rooms to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Fns from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your FNS Rooms credentials then click "Connect"
    1. The URL format should be: https://XXXX.XXXX.com/pms/



  5. Once connected, your FNS Rooms listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your FNS Rooms account to verify updates
