How to Integrate PriceLabs with ezCloud

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, check-in/check-out restrictions, and extra person fees to ezCloud for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting ezCloud to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose ezCloud from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow ezCloud to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in ezCloud

  1. Login to your ezCloud account.
  2. Create the product and update rates for listings you would like to import to PriceLabs. Refer to these step-by-step guides:

  3. On ezCrs, navigate to Channel sync → ezPriceLabs. If you are unable to find ezPriceLabs, please contact ezCloud team for support.



  4. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address on the PriceLabs email ID field



  5. Turn ON the toggle for the listing you wish to import to PriceLabs then click "Save"



  6. Once connected, your ezCloud listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your ezCloud account to verify updates.
