How to Integrate PriceLabs with EveryOffice

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to EveryOffice for up to 2 years in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Reach out to EveryOffice Support and let them know you would like to import your listings to PriceLabs.
    1. Their backend team will set up an API connection for the new administration.
    2. Once you receive the API, proceed with the steps below.

Step 1: Prepare Your EveryOffice Account

  1. Log in to your EveryOffice account.
  2. Navigate to Rental Model (Verhuurmodel) → Links (Koppelingen) then set PriceLabs to "Yes (Ja)"

  3. Navigate to Object Sort (Objectsoort) → Links (Koppelingen).
  4. Enter the object sort ID under the Externe ID column for the "PriceLabs" system option.
    1. Find the object sort ID at the end of the URL when editing the object sort. An example URL would be: https://portal.everyoffice.nl/recreation-object-type-add?edit=9167

  5. Set up daily rates in EveryOffice for a year ahead. These prices will form the basis for the eventual automatic/dynamic prices and will be included in the totality of the algorithm.

Step 2: Connecting EveryOffice to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose EveryOffice from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow EveryOffice to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



  5. Once connected, your EveryOffice listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your EveryOffice account to verify updates
