How to Integrate PriceLabs with EveryOffice

When successfully syncing rates to EveryOffice listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates, minimum stay and check-in/check-out restrictions.  It only takes a few minutes to connect your EveryOffice account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your EveryOffice listings with PriceLabs below:

Importing EveryOffice listings into PriceLabs:

Step 1: Reach out to EveryOffice to set up an API connection

To initiate the link between PriceLabs and EveryOffice, reach out to EveryOffice Support so their backend team can set up an API connection for the new administration.

Step 2: Enable PriceLabs rental model in EveryOffice

Once the API connection is set up, access your EveryOffice account then navigate to Rental Model (Verhuurmodel). Access Links (Koppelingen) then set PriceLabs to "Yes (Ja)". See below.

Step 3: Add the Object Sort ID

Access Object Sort (Objectsoort) then navigate to Links (Koppelingen). Add the object sort ID under the Externe ID column for the "PriceLabs" system option. The object sort ID can be found at the end of the URL when you’re In the editing screen of the object sort. An example URL would be: https://portal.everyoffice.nl/recreation-object-type-add?edit=9167

Step 4: Set Daily Rates for up to one year in EveryOffice

For a successful sync, set up daily rates in EveryOffice for a year ahead. These prices will form the basis for the eventual automatic/dynamic prices and will be included in the totality of the algorithm.

Step 5: Add your listings to PriceLabs

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “EveryOffice”. Then be sure to check “Allow EveryOffice to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click "Save"

Step 6: Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs

Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price. To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh.

When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
