How to Integrate PriceLabs with Xentra

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay to Xentra for up to 720 days in advance.

Important Note: Once connected with PriceLabs, prices can only be updated in PriceLabs and would be sent to Xentra, where they can be viewed on the pricing screen.

Step 1: Connecting Xentra to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Xentra" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Xentra to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Xentra

  1. In Xentra: go to Integrations → Partners → PriceLabs. 
  2. Enter the PriceLabs account email (same email used to log into PriceLabs) and click Save. 

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Xentra account to verify updates.
