How to integrate Pricelabs with Deskline

PriceLabs can send rates, minimum stay requirements, and extra guest fees to both single and multi-unit listings to Deskline for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Retrieve Your Deskline Hotel Code

  1. Log into Deskline.
  2. Hover your mouse over Data Manager and select Interface Maintenance.

  3. Copy the code under Service Provider Mapping.

Step 2: Connect Deskline to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you don’t have any listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and search for Deskline from the dropdown.
  4. Paste the Deskline hotel code you copied earlier into the required field.
  5. Click "Connect".

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Deskline account to verify updates
