How to Integrate PriceLabs with ClickBooking

PriceLabs can send daily rates to ClickBooking for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting ClickBooking to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose ClickBooking from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow ClickBooking to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.



Step 2: Connect & Setup in ClickBooking

  1. Login to your ClickBooking account.
  2. Navigate to Menu → Settings and turn ON the Dynamic pricing toggle



  3. On the pop-up, click on '"Already have an account"



  4. Tick the "Read and completed" checkbox then click "Next"



  5. Enter your registered PriceLabs email address and then click "Submit"



  6. Once connected, your ClickBooking listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard


Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your ClickBooking account to verify updates
