How to Integrate PriceLabs with Ciaobooking

PriceLabs can send rates, minimum stays, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Ciaobooking for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Prepare Your Ciaobooking Account

  1. Log into your Ciaobooking account.
  2. Go to the Users page and click Add.

  3. Enter the email as "your-domain@pricelabs.co".
  4. Enter your preferred password.
  5. Toggle Active to ON.
  6. Select the properties you want to import to PriceLabs (or select All if you want to import everything).

  7. Under the API section, assign the role API - RMS Tools or API - RMS Terze Parti, then click Create.

Step 2: Connect Ciaobooking to PriceLabs

  1. Log into your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click Add your listings on the dashboard.
  3. Select Ciaobooking from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter your Ciaobooking User Name and Password
  5. Click Connect

💡 Each unit category type will be imported as a listing in PriceLabs, with the unit count representing the number of units attached to that category.

Step 3: Adjusting Rate Plan Offsets

PriceLabs updates all rate plans in Ciaobooking for each unit category type.

  • A default rate plan is required for each property.
  • By default, the first imported rate plan will be selected.
  • You can change this anytime in the Rate Plan Customization section in PriceLabs.

Rate Plan Customization Options

Offset Adjustments
In Rate Plan Customization, you can modify how PriceLabs adjusts rates for different rate plans. There are two types of adjustments:
  1. Fixed Amount Adjustment: Increases or decreases the rate by a set currency amount (e.g., $10 higher or lower than the base rate).
  2. Percentage Adjustment: Adjusts the rate based on a percentage (e.g., 5% higher or lower than the base rate).
Update Type Options
When updating rate plans, you can choose from three different update options:
  1. "Price and Restrictions": Updates both pricing and restrictions (such as minimum stay settings).
  2. "Price": Updates only the daily rates, without modifying restrictions.
  3. "None": Skips updating that rate plan entirely.


Important Notes:
  1. All rate plans, including linked ones, will be imported.
  2. If a rate plan is linked, its prices and restrictions will be based on its Parent plan, even if PriceLabs pushes updates.

  3. PriceLabs will only push rates for plans with "Normal Price" in the Price per guest configuration. Prices for other guest counts will follow the set values or remain unchanged if set to 0.

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Ciaobooking account to verify updates
