How to Integrate PriceLabs with Chorus

PriceLabs can send Rates and Minimum Stay to Chrous for up to 730 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Chorus to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Re-Import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Chorus from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Chrous to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & set up in Chrous

  1. Navigate to the Integrations section of the side nav and clicks "PriceLabs"
  2. Click "Push STR listings to Pricelabs" which is the initial push that creates listings in PriceLabs
  3. Click "Push 730-day calendar to PriceLabs" which pushes the listing's availability for the next 730 days
  4. Click "Push reservations to PriceLabs" which pushes historical bookings
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page which shows each unit with its listing_id: unit_<id> and dynamic price count once PriceLabs starts sending prices back

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your rates and settings in PriceLabs.
  2. Continue to set up your listings following the Getting Started Guide.
  3. Enable Sync Prices to allow automatic nightly syncing or click Sync Now to push updates immediately.
