How to Integrate PriceLabs with Casago

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Casago for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Casago to PriceLabs

  1. Reach out to PriceLabs Support at support@pricelabs.co and request to enable Casago for your account.
  2. Once Casago is enabled, log into PriceLabs.
  3. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  4. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Casago" from the dropdown.
  5. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Casago to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Casago

  1. Log in to your Casago account
  2. Navigate to Unit Management and click on the Unit ID
  3. Navigate to Availability & Pricing → Dynamic Pricing then click on Send unit data to PriceLabs
  4. Repeat steps for all properties you wish to import to PriceLabs
  5. Once connected, your Casago listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Casago account to verify updates
