How to Integrate PriceLabs with Boom

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, check-in and check-out restrictions and length of stay (LOS) pricing adjustments to Boom for up to 500 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Your listing status in Boom must be set to "Listed" for a successful sync.
  2. When setting LOS pricing for Boom listings, only "Premium / Discount" is recognized. "Min Price" and "Max Price" are currently not supported.

Step 1: Connecting Boom to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Boom from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Boom to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Boom

  1. Login to your Boom account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations


  3. Locate PriceLabs and click on "Settings"


  4. Click on "Connect" and paste your registered PriceLabs email ID in the "user_email" field, then click "Save"

Step 3: Enabling PriceLabs as the Pricing Source

  1. Click Manage on your listings.
  2. Under Pricing Engine, select PriceLabs.
  3. Repeat this step for each of the listing you wish to connect to PriceLabs.

    IMPORTANT: When the Pricing source is changed to PriceLabs from Boom pricing engine, Boom no longer manage/change prices for that listing. Hence, it is important to start syncing prices (Step 4) from PriceLabs as soon as possible.

Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. By this time, your Boom listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.
  2. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  3. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  4. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  5. Check your Boom account to verify updates:
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear on the Multi calendar as shown below:
