How to Integrate PriceLabs with Bookipro

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay requirements to Bookipro for up to 2 years in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:

Notify the Bookipro Support Team by contacting them via email at support@bookipro.com that you would like to import your listings to PriceLabs
Once the team confirms that your account is configured to sync with PriceLabs, proceed with the next steps

Step 1: Connecting Bookipro to PriceLabs

Log into PriceLabs.
Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Bookipro from the dropdown.
Tick the checkbox to "Allow Bookipro to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Bookipro

Log in to your Bookipro account.
Navigate to Panel Control → Preferences → RMS
On the PriceLabs Integration section, enter your registered PriceLabs email address on the "User Token" field
Activate the properties you want to import to PriceLabs by turning ON the toggle for each property, then click on the "Synchronize Integration" button
Once connected, your Bookipro listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
Check your Bookipro account to verify updates
