How to Integrate PriceLabs with Bookingmood

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, check-in and check-out restrictions and Length of stay pricing to Bookingmood for up to 730 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Bookingmood to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Bookingmood from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Bookingmood to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Bookingmood

  1. Login to your Bookingmood account.
  2. Navigate to Units → click on the unit you want to connect with PriceLabs


  3. Click on "Rent" menu for the selected unit, select PriceLabs as the Price Definition, select the bedroom count of the unit that you are connecting with PriceLabs, provide your email ID in the textbox as shown and click on Save.


  4. Once the above steps are completed, your Bookingmood units will be connected to PriceLabs.
  5. Optionally, you can also click on Export now, to instantly push any changes you made in Bookingmood. 

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Bookingmood account to verify updates
