How to Integrate PriceLabs with BookingExperts
When actively syncing with BookingExperts, PriceLabs can send rates to your listings for dates up to 730 days from today.
Minimum stays cannot be updated by PriceLabs for BookingExperts listings.
Integrating BookingExperts with your PriceLabs account is simple and can be done by following these simple steps:
Listings under 1 account in BookingExperts cannot be split into multiple PriceLabs account
- Kindly log onto your PriceLabs account. This is a mandatory step.
- On another tab in the same browser window, please log onto your BookingExperts account.
- Go to Applications=>Search for 'PriceLabs', click on 'Install'.
- Once you click on 'Install', choose the administration which you would like to connect with PriceLabs and Click on 'Install'
- After this step, you will be redirected to PriceLabs dashboard with your BookingExperts listings imported. Note that each rentable type in BookingExperts is imported as a listing in PriceLabs.
Note:
- When you review prices for a listing, you may be asked to set up the base price of the listing. Kindly set the same.
- After the sync, new Price lists will be created in BookingExperts, one for each listing. One price list will be connected to one rentable type.
- If the price list is manually disconnected on BookingExperts, the sync will stop. The PriceLabs price list will then have to be manually connected back to the rentable type in order for the sync to work.
Since minimum stays is not managed via PriceLabs, you should set up pricing rules within BookingExperts to set up minimum stays for a rentable type.
When creating pricing rules for minimum stays for the rentable types that are connected with PriceLabs, please always select the 'Effect' as 'Activate single night prices' as shown below.
If you don't have any minimum stays requirements, you must set up a pricing rule to set minimum stays of 1. This will ensure that prices pushed by PriceLabs are active for all days. By default, PriceLabs prices will not be active on BookingExperts.
