How to Integrate PriceLabs with BookingExperts

PriceLabs can send daily rates, and Length of Stay Pricing to BookingExperts for up to 720 days from today.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Listings under a single BookingExperts account cannot be split across multiple PriceLabs accounts.
  2. PriceLabs cannot update minimum stays for BookingExperts listings.
  3. Length of Stay Pricing can be configured directly within PriceLabs but is has to be enabled for your account. Please reach out to support@pricelabs.co so we can enable the feature.
    1. BookingExperts supports LOS pricing for up to 21 nights only
    2. All Length of Stay Pricing prices (1–21 nights) will be pushed

    3. If Length of Stay Pricing is disabled, PriceLabs will revert to pushing only LOS 1 (nightly) prices
      1. Previously pushed Length of Stay Pricing prices for nights 2–21 will remain active in BookingExperts

Step 1: Prepare Your BookingExperts Account

  1. Link every rentable Type to an existing price list. If you don't have an existing price list, create a new price list and set up prices.
  2. Once all rentable Type is linked to a price list, proceed with the steps below.

Step 2: Connecting BookingExperts to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. In the same browser window, open a new tab and log into your BookingExperts account.
  3. On your BookingExperts account, navigate to Applications, locate PriceLabs and click on "Install"
  4. Scroll down to Choose administrations, select the administrations you want to use PriceLabs, then click on "Install"

  5. Once connected, all of your rentable Types in BookingExperts will appear as listings in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Once your listings sync, a new price list will be created for each rentable Type in BookingExperts, and will be automatically linked to that Type.
    1. These new price lists can be recognized by the name: Pricelabs + type ID
  5. Check your BookingExperts account to verify updates.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Listings Not Syncing

If the price list is disconnected from the Type within BookingExperts, the listings will stop syncing. To restore syncing, manually reconnect the PriceLabs price list to the rentable Type.

Minimum Stay Requirements

If you have minimum stay restrictions, create pricing rules in Booking Experts. Here's how:
  1. Navigate to Price Lists and click on the price list for which you want to set a price rule.
  2. Go to the Prices tab, click on Price Rules, then set up your minimum stay restrictions
  3. Scroll down to Effect and choose "Activate single night prices"


WarningIf you have no minimum stay requirements, create a pricing rule with a minimum stay of 1 to ensure PriceLabs prices remain active for all days.
