How to Integrate PriceLabs with BBPlanner

When successfully syncing rates to BBPlanner listings, PriceLabs can update daily rates, minimum stay and check-in/check-out restrictions.  It only takes a few minutes to connect your BBPlanner account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your BBPlanner listings with PriceLabs below:

Importing BBPlanner listings in PriceLabs: 

Step 1 : Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and offer you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “BBPlanner”. Then be sure to check “Allow BBPlanner to add listings to your PriceLabs account”. Then click Save

Step 2: Connect & setup in BBPlanner account

Request BBPlanner to enable the connection (through a support ticket that can be opened within the management system) or send email to info@bbplanner.com.

Step 3: Allowing listings to be imported & sync with PriceLabs:

1. Once enabled, the user should go to Price List -> Seasons

2. Click the button Activate the connection with PriceLabs:

3.Enter the PriceLabs email address in the designated field

4. Select the rates to connect and set the primary rate for each room (listing) and Click save.

Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

We can update Rate plans in BBPlanner for all room types of a given property. Please note that we need to have a default rate plan for your property. A default rate plan is the one for which you will see prices in your PriceLabs calendar for a given property. If you want to view the calendar for any other rate plan, you can change the default and view the same. The first time a property in imported, we will select the first rate plan as the default rate plan.

You can always go to the "Rate Plan Customization" screen to change the default rate plan of your choice. To review your default rate plan and to specify an offset, head over to the “Edit" on the Rate Plan Customization link in PriceLabs.

Refer below screen, where you can select a different default rate plan. You can also specify the adjustment as a fixed amount or a percentage amount to be applied to the rate plans. It has 3 options in the 'Update Type': the "Price and Restrictions" updates both Price and restrictions to the rate plan, the "Price" updates only the daily price, and the "None" skips that rate plan entirely.

Finish the setup of your listing in PriceLabs

Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price.

To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh. When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once.
