How to Integrate PriceLabs with AvaHost

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, check in/out restrictions and extra person fee to AvaHost for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting AvaHost to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "AvaHost" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow AvaHost to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in AvaHost

  1. In your Avahost dashboard, go to Integrations → PriceLabs, click Connect, and enter the email address associated with your PriceLabs account.
  2. Once the connection is established, Avahost automatically sends all your active listings to PriceLabs.
  3. Listings without a complete address will not be sent, and the dashboard will prompt you to correct them.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your AvaHost account to verify updates.
