How to Integrate PriceLabs with aPerfectStay

PriceLabs can send daily rates and minimum stay restrictions to aPerfectStay for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Import aPerfectStay Listings into PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click Add/Reconnect Listings in the upper-left corner of the dashboard.
  3. In the pop-up window, search for aPerfectStay in the PMS list.
  4. Check the box for Allow aPerfectStay to add listings to your PriceLabs account.
  5. Click Save to proceed.

Step 2: Connect & Set Up in aPerfectStay

  1. Log in to your aPerfectStay account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click on "PriceLabs" under the Integrations section in the left menu.

  4. By default, the status will be “Not Connected”—click "Activate Connection."

  5. A new page will open where you can connect or disconnect the category with PriceLabs.

  6. Upon successful connection, you will see the PriceLabs Listing ID and Logs.

Step 3: Finalize Listing Setup in PriceLabs

  1. Go to your PriceLabs account and click Review Prices for the listing you want to configure.
  2. Continue to set up you listings following the Getting Started Guide.
  3. Click Save & Refresh to apply your changes.
  4. When you're ready to sync your rates:
    1. Toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for the regular nightly sync.
    2. Click Sync Now to push prices immediately for individual listings.
