How to Integrate PriceLabs with AirHost

When successfully syncing rates to AirHost, PriceLabs can update daily rates for up to 540 days in future.  It only takes few minutes to connect your AirHost account to PriceLabs, we have detailed the steps for connecting your AirHost listings with PriceLabs below.

Importing AirHost listings in PriceLabs

Step 1 : Create a PriceLabs account and Add your listings

Once in your PriceLabs account, click on the upper left gray button “+ Add/Reconnect listings”

A popup window will appear and allow you to choose your PMS within the list. Search for “AirHost”. Be sure to check “Allow AirHost to add listings to your PriceLabs account”

Then click "Save"

 

Step 2 : Visit your AirHost account and follow the below steps:

Dynamic Pricing Setting

Note that Dynamic Pricing is available only in Airhost ONE. 

1. Click on "Dynamic Pricing" to get into the Dynamic Pricing page:

3. Click on "Edit" to set-up the Dynamic Pricing Setting.
   
4. Fill in dynamic pricing information.
   
5. Select the dynamic pricing brand: PriceLabs
   
6. Fill in the account used to login to PriceLabs
   
7. Select the rate plan which will be pushed to PriceLabs 
   
8. Fill in the minimum and the maximum price.
9. After filling in, click on the "Save" to complete the dynamic pricing connection.

Edit Dynamic Pricing

1. After connecting to PriceLabs successfully, only the Minimum Price and Maximum Price can be modified.
   
2. Click on the "Edit" button to change the minimum price and maximum price.

Now you can go into your PriceLabs account, click on “Review Prices” for the listing you want to set up, then set a minimum and base price.

To save your settings, click on "Save & Refresh".

When you're satisfied with the rates on your PriceLabs calendar, you can toggle on the sync switches for your listing(s) and wait for our regular nightly sync, click "Sync Now!" to send prices immediately for individual listings or go to the Customizations page to sync your entire account at once. 

Important Notes

Each listing can only be linked to one Rate Plan at a time in the current Airhost implementation.

To switch to a different Rate Plan, users must delete the current listing's record.

After deleting the record, users can add a new record, reselect the listing, and pick another Rate Plan.

Once the record is deleted, the "Add Rate Plan" link will appear again, allowing users to select a new plan.
