How to Integrate PriceLabs with 3RPMS

PriceLabs can send rates to 3RPMS for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

  1. PriceLabs is unable to get the location (latitude and longitude) of the listing from the PMS directly. You can input it directly using the article: How to Edit Listing Location in PriceLabs?

Step 1: Create Your API Key in 3RPMS

  1. Log in to your 3RPMS account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations Access.
  3. Name the API key PriceLabs and click Create.

Step 2: Connecting 3RPMS to PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click Add your listings on your PriceLabs Dashboard.
  3. On the Add/Reconnect Listings window.
    1. Select 3RPMS from the dropdown menu.
    2. Enter your 3RPMS API Key in PriceLabs.
    3. Select the currency you operate in.
    4. Click Connect.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Add the listing location (latitude and longitude) of each listings following: How to Edit Listing Location in PriceLabs?
  2. Review your rates and settings in PriceLabs.
    1. Each category in 3RPMS will be imported as a listing in PriceLabs, with the room count representing the number of units in that category.
  3. Continue to set up your listings following the Getting Started Guide.
  4. Enable Sync Prices to allow automatic nightly syncing, or click Sync Now to push updates immediately.
