How to Integrate PriceLabs with 3RPMS

When actively syncing with 3RPMS, PriceLabs can send rates to your listings for up to 540 days in advance. If you wish to extend your Pricing Window, you can find out more at Pricing Beyond 1.5 Years.

Step 1: Create Your API Key in 3RPMS

  1. Log in to your 3RPMS account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations Access.
  3. Name the API key "PriceLabs" and click "Create".

Step 2: Connecting 3RPMS to PriceLabs

  1. Log in to your PriceLabs account.
  2. Click "Add your listings" on your PriceLabs dashboard.
  3. On the Add/Reconnect Listings window.
    1. Select 3RPMS from the dropdown menu.
    2. Enter your 3RPMS API Key in PriceLabs.
    3. Select the currency you operate in.
    4. Click "Connect".

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your rates and settings in PriceLabs.
    1. Each category in 3RPMS will be imported as a listing in PriceLabs, with the room count representing the number of units in that category.
  2. Continue to set up you listings following the Getting Started Guide.
  3. Enable Sync Prices to allow automatic nightly syncing, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
