How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hostfully
While actively syncing PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in and -out restrictions to Hostfully listings for dates up to 540 days from today (for more on extending your pricing calendar see our article here). This easy integration allows Hostfully users to import their properties to PriceLabs and see the recommended prices almost instantaneously.
Important note: Once the PriceLabs connection is activated on Hostfully, you will no longer be able to adjust daily rates or push pricing directly from the Hostfully platform. To make any pricing changes, you must first begin synchronizing rates and control them only through PriceLabs .
Follow these steps to integrate your two accounts:
Step 1. Log in to your Hostfully account, navigate to the Integrations page and toggle on the enable switch for PriceLabs.
Step 2. Enable the PriceLabs switch for the individual listings in the integration settings.
Step 3. Make sure you have set the Nightly Base Price and address for each listing in Hostfully.
Step 5. Log into PriceLabs and click on the" Add your listings" or "Add/Reconnect listings" button, select Hostfully, enter your Agency ID in the appropriate box, then click Connect!
You should now see your Hostfully listings on your PriceLabs dashboard. Be sure to take a look at our Getting Started Guide and our overview of the pricing calendar. Once you've gone through those and set your first round of customizations, you can click Sync Now! to push prices to your Hosfully account or wait for the system to sync automatically overnight.
