How to Integrate PriceLabs with Hostfully

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-in restrictions to Hostfully for up to 720 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. Once PriceLabs is activated for any listing on Hostfully, daily rates can no longer be adjusted or pushed from Hostfully. All pricing changes must be managed through PriceLabs.

Step 1: Prepare Your Hostfully Account

  1. Log in to your Hostfully account.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name and select
    Integrations


  3. Select Dynamic Pricing > find PriceLabs > click "Connect via partner" button. 
  4. You will be redirected to the PriceLabs login page shown below.  Login with your PriceLabs credentials and jump to Step 2 of this article and follow the instructions. After this continue from point 5.                                                          
  5. After completing instructions in point 4 above, click the drop-down arrow next to your name and select Properties and access your property



  6. Under Properties > Main Settings, ensure that you have a the details and address set for your property. Do this for all listings you're importing to PriceLabs.
  7. Under Properties > Pricing, ensure that you have setup the "Nightly Base Price" for your property. 
  8. Under Properties > Main Settings, select a suitable booking window.
  9. Head to Integrations > Featured, then click on PriceLabs.


  10. Activate (toggle ON) the properties for PriceLabs to access.


Step 2: Connecting Hostfully to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Hostfully from the dropdown and click on Connect with Hostfully



  4. You will be prompted to PriceLabs to access your Hostfully account. Click "Allow" to confirm.



  5. Once connected, your Hostfully listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Hostfully account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay requirements will appear on the Hostfully Calendar under Price View

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Listing Not Syncing

Warning
Please enable PriceLabs to update your Hostfully listing, you can see the process at our blog at https://help.pricelabs.co/portal/kb/articles/hostfully
If a listing is imported to PriceLabs but cannot sync, and the above error message is displayed, yet the Save and Refresh function is working, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Go to the property in Hostfully.
  2. Deactivate the property and reactivate it again.


  3. Reconnect your account by following the steps on Step 2: Connecting Hostfully to PriceLabs

Booking.com Monthly View When Connected Through Hostfully

When a Booking.com listing is connected to any API partner—including RMS or PMS platforms—the monthly calendar view in Booking.com becomes unavailable. Users will only be able to access the list view and yearly view of the calendar. This is expected behavior on Booking.com’s side and applies universally to listings integrated via API. More details here.
