PriceLabs can update daily rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions for your Eviivo listings for up to 540 days in advance.
Before You Start
Before integrating eviivo with PriceLabs, ensure that:
- You contact eviivo support to obtain your Client ID and Client Secret.
- If you already have listings imported but need to add new properties, you must request eviivo to update your key with the new properties.
Step 1: Retrieve your Client ID and Client Secret from eviivo
- Log into eviivo suite and click on Help to chat with eviivo.
- You can then ask eviivo support for your Client ID and Client Secret.
Step 2: Connecting eviivo to PriceLabs
- Log into PriceLabs.
- Click "Add Your Listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
- Select "PMS / Channel Manager", then search for eviivo from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your eviivo credentials and click "Connect".

If your key is deactivated or invalid, contact eviivo support as deactivations are managed exclusively by eviivo.
Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices
- Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
- Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
- Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
- Check your Eviivo account to verify updates

Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

Eviivo supports three rate types:
- Room rate
- Occupancy-based pricing (pricing per number of guests)
- Per Adult/Child pricing (different fees for adults vs. children)
To specify rate offsets, navigate to Rate Plan Customization in PriceLabs:
- Adjust rates as a fixed amount or percentage.
- Choose "Price and Restrictions" (updates both price & minimum stay), "Price" (updates only price), or "None" (skips that rate plan).

Eviivo does not support Length of Stay (LOS) pricing adjustments via PriceLabs, but similar effects can be achieved using Rate Plan Adjustments.
- If no extra guest fee is set in PriceLabs, eviivo will use the existing settings for different rate types.
- If an extra guest fee is set in PriceLabs, it will update only for the Per Occupancy rate type, not for Per Adult/Child or Per Room rate types.
To ensure correct pricing, update your base price in PriceLabs if the reference occupancy in eviivo changes.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Issue: 'Unable to get your listing details from eviivo'
Cause: If you receive this error when reviewing prices in PriceLabs, it may indicate an incomplete setup in eviivo.
Solution:
- Contact eviivo Support – Raise a case via the Help screen in the eviivo Suite.
- Wait for Synchronization – Once eviivo finalizes the setup, allow time for rates & availability to sync.
- Follow Up if Needed – If the issue persists, reach out to eviivo support again.
