How to integrate PriceLabs with eviivo

When syncing with eviivo, PriceLabs can update daily rates and minimum stay requirements for dates up to 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar beyond that point), along with check-in and check-out restrictions.

Connecting to eviivo

Step 1. To import your eviivo listings into PriceLabs, simply fetch your Client ID and Client Secret from eviivo, these credentials are acquired by contacting eviivo support.

(Note: If you already have listings imported from eviivo to PriceLabs originally and want to add new properties, please reach out to eviivo to add those properties to your existing key or you can request for a new, updated key with your new properties connected to it)

Step 2.  Head over to your PriceLabs account and click the "Add your listings" button (if you don't have any listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you have listings on your PriceLabs account already) on your PriceLabs dashboard, select "PMS / Channel Manager" and search for eviivo from the drop-down. Enter your eviivo credentials, then click "Connect."

In case the key is deactivated or not valid, please reach out to eviivo support as deactivation of the key is exclusively done by eviivo support

That's it! You should now see your eviivo listings on your PriceLabs dashboard. Check out our Getting Started Guide or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions to get a look at everything the system can do. Once you're satisfied with your rates you can turn the Sync Prices on and wait for our regular nightly sync or use the "Sync Now" button to sync prices immediately.

Once a successful sync has happened, you can find your PriceLabs rates and minimum stay settings in eviivo.

Rate Plan Offset Adjustments

eviivo has 3 rate types that PriceLabs can push rates to: room rate, occupancy-based(where the price for each number of guests is specified), and "per adult child" where extra person fees for adults and children are different. We can update all three, and customers can specify an offset for derived rates for different rate types from PL.

To specify an offset, head over to the “Edit" on the Rate Plan Customization link in PriceLabs.

Here, you can specify the adjustment as a fixed amount or a percentage amount to be applied to the rate plans. It has 3 options: the "Price and Restrictions" updates both Price and Minimum Stays to the rate plan, the "Price" updates only the daily price, and the "None" skips that rate plan entirely.

Please note that even though eviivo integration does not support Length of Stay (LOS) pricing adjustment via PriceLabs, you can achieve a similar effect using the aforementioned Rate plan adjustment.

Setting Extra Person Fees:

Case 1: If the extra guest fee is not set in PL, then the extra guest fee set in different rate types in eviivo will continue to get used. We recommend that you should review your rate type settings to ensure occupancy for reference rate is the same in all rate types

Case 2: If the extra guest fee is set in PL, we will update the prices for the reference rate for the “Per Occupancy” rate type. We do not control this for the "PerAdultChild" or “PerRoom” rate type. If the reference occupancy is changed in eviivo, PriceLabs recommendations won’t change. In order to get the correct rates as per the reference occupancy, please ensure that you update your base price in PriceLabs to account for the above change.
