How to Integrate PriceLabs with Brightside
When actively syncing with Brightside listings, PriceLabs can send rates and minimum stay updates for 540 days from today (see our article here on extending your pricing calendar beyond that point). You can import your Brightside listings into PriceLabs by following the simple steps outlined below.
Step 1: To connect Brightside to your PriceLabs account, you must first reach out to Brightside Support by submitting a ticket, writing to support@hawkinscomputerservices.com, or by calling 865-233-3778 during normal business hours to request an API key for a PriceLabs connection.
Step 2: When you've received your API details from Brightside support, log into your PriceLabs account and click the "Add your listings" button (if you don't have any listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you have listings on your PriceLabs account already) on your PriceLabs dashboard, select "PMS / Channel Manager" and search for Brightside from the drop-down. Enter your API details on the API Key field. Click "Connect" and you'll see your Brightside listings appear on your PriceLabs dashboard.
That's it! Head over to our Getting Started Guide or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions to get a good overview of the system, and start reviewing prices. Once you're satisfied with your rates you can turn the Sync Prices on and wait for our regular nightly sync or use the "Sync Now" button to sync prices immediately.
Once a successful sync has happened, you can see your PriceLabs rates on your Bridghtside Unit Calendar
And your min-stays on the Minimum Stay Overrides page
