How to Integrate PriceLabs with BrightSide

PriceLabs can update rates and minimum stay settings to Brightside for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Request an API Key from Brightside

To connect Brightside to your PriceLabs account, you must first request an API key. You can do so by reaching out to them via any of the following:

Call: 865-233-3778 (business hours only)

Step 2: Connect Brightside to PriceLabs

Once you've received your API details from Brightside Support, log in to your PriceLabs account.
Click "Add Your Listings" (if you have no listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and search for "Brightside" in the dropdown.
Enter your API details in the API Key field.
Click "Connect."

Your Brightside listings will now appear on your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
Check your Brightside account to verify updates

Where to See Your Synced Prices

✔ Brightside Unit Calendar → Displays your updated PriceLabs rates.

✔ Minimum Stay Overrides Page → Shows your synced minimum stay settings.
