How to connect PriceLabs to Bookerville

How to Integrate PriceLabs with Bookerville

When actively syncing, PriceLabs can send daily rate and minimum stay updates to your Bookerville listings, along with check-in and -out restrictions for dates up to 540 days from today (see our article here for information on extending your pricing calendar beyond that point).
Before connecting PriceLabs to your Bookerville account, you must first request your API token from Bookerville Support using their form here.

Connecting to Bookerville

Step 1. Once you receive your API token from Bookerville Support, you can log in to PriceLabs and click the "Add your listings" button (if you don't have any listings yet) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you have listings on your PriceLabs account already) on your PriceLabs dashboard, select "PMS / Channel Manager" and search for Bookerville from the drop-down then enter your API key.


Step 2. Click "Connect" and your Bookerville listings will appear on your PriceLabs dashboard!

Take a look at our Getting Started guide or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions to get a good overview of all of our available customizations and start reviewing prices! Once you're satisfied with your rates you can turn the Sync Prices on and wait for our regular nightly sync or use the "Sync Now" button to sync prices immediately.

Once prices have synced to Bookerville, you can see your rates on your Master Calendar tab by hovering your mouse over any date.


Click the drop-down and you can switch to viewing your minimum-night requirements.
