How to Integrate PriceLabs with Bookerville

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay restrictions, and check-in/check-out restrictions to Bookerville for up to 540 days in advance.

Before You Start

Before proceeding with the integration, keep the following in mind:
  1. You must first request your API Access token from Bookerville Support using their form here.
  2. Once you receive your Bookerville API Access token, proceed with the steps below.

Step 1: Connecting Bookerville to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Bookerville from the dropdown.



  4. Enter your Bookerville API Access token on the API Key field and click "Connect."
  5. Once connected, your Bookerville listings will appear in your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 2: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Better Hotel account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates on your Master Calendar tab by hovering your mouse over any date.



    2. To view your minimum stay requirements, switch the view under Settings → Hover-over shows and choose Min/Max Stays
