Instead of checking multiple pages, Action Center brings all listing-related actions together in one place, helping you quickly identify issues, review recommendations, and keep your listings optimized.

Action Center is updated daily and reflects the latest information available for your listings.

Where Can I Find Action Center?

You can access Action Center from several places within PriceLabs:

Dedicated Action Center Page

View alerts and actions across all of your listings in a single location.

Portfolio Dashboard and Multi-Calendar

A dedicated Action Center column highlights listing-specific actions directly within your portfolio views.

Each listing's calendar includes an Action Center section that displays actions and recommendations relevant to that specific listing.

How Does Action Center Work?

Action Center continuously monitors your listings for potential issues, missing information, and optimization opportunities.

When the Action Center identifies something that may require your attention, it creates an alert or recommendation. These alerts are refreshed daily and may also update based on actions you take within PriceLabs.

Selecting an alert opens additional details, including information about the issue and steps you can take to resolve it.

Missing Listing Information

These alerts help ensure your listing has the information needed for accurate pricing recommendations.

These alerts identify settings that may need review.

Depending on the alert type, you may be able to:

Bulk Actions

Some alerts support bulk actions, allowing you to resolve multiple listings at once.

For example, you can review and accept Base Price Recommendations for multiple listings without updating each one individually.
