How to Pause, Cancel, or Delete your PriceLabs account?
While we’re sad to see you go, we understand and are here to help ensure a smooth cancellation process. Whether you’re pausing temporarily or leaving for good, this guide outlines the steps and important considerations.
Before You Start
- PriceLabs retains the last synced rates, minimum stay rules, and customizations on your PMS/channel even after cancellation.
- After cancelling, PriceLabs will no longer override any rates or rules—you’ll manage them directly on your platforms.
- PriceLabs charges in arrears, meaning your final invoice will be generated at the end of your billing cycle.
- To view or manage billing details, visit your account’s Billing page.
Pausing Your Subscription
- This allows you to retain all your listings, settings, and customizations without being billed.
- You can resume use without needing to set up your listings again.
How to:
Temporarily stop syncing without deleting your account or data.
- Simply turn off the “Sync Prices” toggle for your listings.

- You won’t be charged for the billing period when the Sync Prices toggle is turned off.
Idea: Avoid deleting listings when pausing—this prevents the need to redo setup later.
Delete Your Account:
Use this option only if you no longer wish to use PriceLabs and want all data removed.

Turn off Sync for all Listings:

Turn off Market Dashboard Refresh:

Settle All Pending Invoices:
- Navigate to Billing > Dynamic Pricing Invoices or Market Dashboard Invoices.
- Click Pay Now for any outstanding charges.
Send Account Deletion Request:
- Email us at support@pricelabs.co from your registered account email.
- We’ll process the deletion once any outstanding balances are cleared.
Reminders
- Download any needed data or invoices before requesting deletion. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
- We can only delete accounts with no outstanding balance.
- If you believe there’s a billing error or need an adjustment, email support@pricelabs.co before requesting deletion.
