At PriceLabs, we know how crucial it is to keep your listings synced so that your rates and customizations are always up to date. We ensure consistency and notify you if a listing is syncing properly or encountering issues.
Sync Schedule
By default, PriceLabs syncs rates every night:
- 6 PM – 6 AM Chicago Time or
- 23:00 or 0:00 – 12:00 or 13:00 UTC (depending on daylight savings time)
If you've just added a listing and want to sync immediately instead of waiting overnight, you can manually sync:
- Click "Review Prices" to open the listing calendar.
- Click "Sync Now" to push the latest updates.

How to Check If Prices Are Syncing
You can check your listing’s sync status using the following methods:
1. Last Sync Status
- On the Pricing Dashboard or Multi Calendar, find the "Sync Price" column.
- This column shows the last sync time and indicates if an error occurred.

You can also check the sync status under "Enable Price Sync" when reviewing prices.

2. Sync Status Legend
The lightning icon⚡sometimes appears during the nightly sync. No need to worry—PriceLabs will automatically retry the sync. After some time, you’ll see whether it was successful or not.
Confirming If Prices Are Updating Correctly
Once the sync status shows that the listing has synced, head over to your PMS or listing channel to verify that rates have been correctly pushed and are reflecting on your listings. Please allow a few minutes for the updates to reflect on your connected platforms.
Troubleshooting Rate Discrepancies
Direct Airbnb, VRBO, or Houfy Connection
If your rates on Airbnb, VRBO, or Houfy do not match your PriceLabs calendar, e
mail support@pricelabs.co with:
- Listing name(s) affected
- Dates with discrepancies
- If a booking/request occurred, the date and time of the booking/request
Using a PMS or Channel Manager
If your rates on your listings do not match your PriceLabs calendar and you are using a PMS or Channel Manager, check the the rates in your PMS or Channel Manager matches PriceLabs.
- If the rates in PriceLabs does not match the rates in the PMS or Channel Manager, email support@pricelabs.co with:
- A screenshot of your calendar rates from your PMS/Channel Manager
- Please ensure that the month and dates are shown on the screenshot
- If your PriceLabs rates match your PMS/Channel Manager but not your booking sites (Airbnb, VRBO, Houfy, etc.), contact your PMS/Channel Manager provider for further investigation.
