Creating an Account and Importing Listings
We've designed PriceLabs to be a fairly intuitive platform to get you
comfortable with dynamic pricing. That said, we do not want you to
spend any time during your one month free trial trying to understand how
things work - we'd rather have you get done with this quickly so that
you can get back to what matters the most - your guests!
So if you're new to PriceLabs, refer to the steps below on how to create an account and start your free trial.
Before You Start
- Free Trial: Your 30-day free trial begins once you import your listings.
- Supported Integrations: PriceLabs supports various OTAs, PMSs, and Channel Managers. Check our Available Integrations page for details.
- Important Notes:
- Importing listings allows PriceLabs to retrieve data but does not yet update your prices. The Sync Prices toggle must be enabled before any pricing updates take effect.
- Listings can only be added to one PriceLabs account at a time.
- You can import listings from multiple channels or PMS accounts (e.g., 5 listings from Airbnb Account A, 2 from Airbnb Account B, and 7 from Vrbo).
How to Create an Account with PriceLabs
- Go to the PriceLabs Homepage.
- Click the Start your Free Trial button at the top-right corner, or click here to go directly to the sign-up page.
- Fill out the required fields:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Number of Listings
- Click Create Account to complete the process.
How to Import Your Listings to PriceLabs
- After creating an account, you will be redirected to the Welcome Page.
If not, click here. Then, click +Add your listings. - Select your integration method:
- PMS/Channel Manager: Go to the PMS/Channel Manager tab and select your platform from the dropdown list.
- OTA (Airbnb/Vrbo/Houfy): Choose the appropriate platform from the Airbnb/Vrbo/Houfy tab.
- PMS/Channel Manager: Go to the PMS/Channel Manager tab and select your platform from the dropdown list.
- Depending on the platform, follow the connection instructions:
- Some platforms require credentials or API tokens.
- Others may need authorization for PriceLabs to access your listings.
- We recommend reading the integration instructions specific to your platform. Click "How to connect to [PMS/OTA]" on the setup page or visit our Available Integrations page.
- Once connected, your listings will appear on the Pricing Dashboard, and your 30-day free trial will begin.
