Creating a Market Dashboard

1. Add New Market Dashboard Page

  1. To start, click the Add New Dashboard button at the top-right corner on the Market Dashboard page. This will open the Add New Market Dashboard pop-up where you can initiate search by typing in your desired address or region.



  2. Once you select your address from the search drop-down, the search results will display Ready-to-View-Market Dashboard(s), if any in your area. You can subscribe to the Ready-to-View Market Dashboard or you can choose to create a Custom Market Dashboard.



2. Customize/Verify Location

  1. Selecting one of the 'Ready to View Market Dashboards' will prompt you to Verify Location. The map will display the area of the pre-defined dashboard and the listings within the area.
    WarningPlease ensure that the location is correct as it cannot be changed once the dashboard is created.



  2. If you opt to create a 'Custom Market Dashboard' you will be prompted to select your subscription plan. You will no longer need to set a Radius to ensure that you can maximize the number of listings in your plan. By default, your dashboard automatically includes the nearest listings based on your plan (1,000, 5,000, or 10,000 listings).

    If you wish to target a specific region, you will still be able to draw a Custom Area using the polygon or circle tools, to further customize which areas you wish to be included in your dashboard.



3. Confirm Details

  1. The next page will display the location, active listing count, and monthly subscription cost. You can also modify the Dashboard Name and Currency on this page.
    Notes
    1. The currency cannot be changed after the Market Dashboard is created.
    2. Dashboards with custom defined regions can not be updated after creation.

       

  2. Click on the ‘Create Market Dashboard’ button to generate the dashboard.
  3. On your Market Dashboard page, click on the dashboard name to open the dashboard and gain insights about your market!

InfoYou can also specify the minimum and maximum bedroom count when creating a dashboard. To enable this feature, simply email support@pricelabs.co

Modifying an Existing Market Dashboard

  1. After creating a dashboard, you can rename the dashboard by clicking the small pencil icon right next to the dashboard name.



  2. If you'd like to receive email updates about developing trends for your dashboard, click on the email icon under the 'Actions' column, then select your preferred day from the drop-down list.


Upgrade the Current Market Dashboard Plan

A few things to keep in mind about upgrading your Market Dashboard Plan:

The upgrade option is not available for Ready-to-View Dashboards, Custom Defined Regions or the 10,000 listings plan.

           

If you wish to upgrade your market dashboard to a plan with more listings, here's how you can do it!



The dashboard can take up to 15-30 minutes to update, depending on the plan. Once upgraded, you will be charged for the same, at the time of upgrade.
  1. If you have already paid for the previous dashboard, you only need to pay the difference!
  2. And if you haven't paid before, you will only need to pay the new dashboard's amount.
  3. If you have free credits, you won't be charged!
