Profile settings

You can change the email address associated with your PriceLabs account at any time. You may want to do this if you don't have access to the email id with which the account was originally created, or if your company name/domain has changed. 

Simply log in to your PriceLabs account and go to the Settings page from the Account menu.

Please follow the steps below to update you Email Id and password for your account.

To update your Email ID

  1. Login to your account, and click on your Profile icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile settings
  3. Enter a new Email ID under the User Email section.
  4. Enter your password under Current Password section.
  5. Click on Update changes.
In case it returns an error, try adding your phone number under Phone Number section and click on Update Changes.

To update your Profile name

  1. Login to your account, and click on your Profile icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile settings
  3. Change the name.

To update Additional emails

  1. Login to your account, and click on your Profile icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile settings
  3. Add your new emails, and Press Enter/Return ⏎ key after each email to format it correctly

To update your password

  1. Login to your account, and click on your Profile icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile settings
  3. Enter your Current password.  Then, enter your New Password, and confirming it by re-entering it into the Confirm New Password box.
  4. Hit Save Changes

Changing password if you have forgotten your current password

  1. If you are currently signed in, you'll need to sign out from PriceLabs by clicking on your Profile Icon at the top-right corner, and selecting Sign out
  2. Go to our Reset Password Page.
  3. Enter your Email ID, and click Reset Password. We will send you a reset password link to your email. 
  4. Open up your email inbox and look for an email titled "Reset Password Instructions" from PriceLabs Support. 
  5. Open the Email and click Reset Your Password
  6. Enter your New password, confirm it, and click Change My Password.
Do note that all of our communications are sent to the Email ID that is used with PriceLabs account. 

Selecting your preferred Language

  1. Login to your account, and click on your Profile icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile settings
  3. Select the preferred language you want your account information to be visible.
