PriceLabs Revenue Estimator Pro: Billing, Subscription, Cancellation and Invoices

Revenue Estimator Pro Subscription

1. To subscribe to a plan, Login to PriceLabs >> Market Research (tab) >> Revenue Estimator Pro. Alternatively, you can always go to this link when logged in - https://pricelabs.co/revenue_estimator.

2. Click on "Subscribe to a plan" to choose a plan that best suits your needs.

Revenue Estimator Pro Cost

During your PriceLabs 30-day free trial, you get two free tokens to create two estimates. You need to simply add a listing to your PriceLabs account. It's a great way to experience the power of Revenue Estimator Pro at no cost!

Subscription Pricing:

Revenue Estimator Pro has monthly subscription plans available. Here are the details:

1. $10 per month - Includes 2 estimates every month, $5/token after that
2. $45 per month - Includes 15 estimates every month, $3/token after that
3. $125 per month - Includes 50 estimates every month, $2.5/token after that

1. Tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry forward to the next month
   
2. Tokens automatically renew on an monthly basis
3. Each token allows you to create one estimate
   
4. Your subscription automatically renews until cancelled. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date. Steps to cancel are mentioned below.

How is sales tax calculated on my Revenue Estimator Pro invoice

Depending on where you are located, as mandated by the local jurisdiction laws, PriceLabs is obliged to collect sales tax on your invoice(s). The sales tax amount will be determined based on:

1. Revenue Estimator Pro subscription plan you have opted for plus any additional credits purchased
2. your billing address
3. the tax rates as determined by your local jurisdiction
   

The applicable sales tax for your Revenue Estimator Pro invoice will be determined at the end of your billing cycle. Your invoice will be updated to reflect the sales tax that will be collected.

In case you decide to pay your invoices early, we will determine the tax applicable as of date and charge your payment method with taxes as applicable. 

You can update your billing address from the billing page.

Cancelling your REPro Subscription

To cancel your Revenue Estimator Pro subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Revenue Estimator Pro page, and click "Manage Subscription"

2. Then, click "Cancel Subscription" to stop being charged monthly for new tokens. 

How to access REPro Invoices?

Details about all your prior invoices can be found on the Billing page under the "Revenue Estimator Invoices" tab.

The columns on this page show:

1. Invoice numbers
   
2. Start Date
   
3. End Date
4. Amount that was due
   
5. Amount that was paid
   
6. Date on which paid
   

Also, if you want to keep the invoices for records, you can click the PDF button under the Download column.

Please note that all the charges and invoices generated will be in USD (except for the users in Brazil, where the charges are in BRL)
