PriceLabs Revenue Estimator API and Revenue Estimator Widget: Billing, Subscription, Cancellation and Invoices

The Revenue Estimator API and widget allow visitors to your website to see their property's potential earnings. This enhances visitor engagement, generates high-quality leads, and converts prospects into clients by providing instant revenue estimates for vacation rentals.

Revenue Estimator Widget and API Subscription

1. To subscribe to a plan, create a PriceLabs account >> add a credit card to your account >> send an email to support@pricelabs.co with the preferred plan for RE widget, RE API, or both. We will reach out to you with the next steps for starting a subscription. 
   
2. You can opt to subscribe to only RE widget, only RE API, or both. Additionally, you can avail a different plan for the RE widget and the RE API if you choose to subscribe to both. 
   

Revenue Estimator Widget and API Subscription Cost

You get 20 free widget searches/API calls once you create your PriceLabs account and contact us for a subscription. These are to help evaluate without any commitment. For more information, you can also check the FAQ here: Revenue Estimator API

Subscription Pricing

We offer two plans for RE widget and RE API. These are: 

1. Plan 1: $75 minimum per month (gets you 100 searches) + $0.75/search after 100 searches
2. Plan 2: $249 minimum per month (gets you 500 searches) + $0.50/search after 500 searches
   

You can select different plans for both the RE widget and the RE API or even elect to subscribe to only one product. 

Billing Cycle

• Your first billing cycle starts after we send a subscription confirmation email. 
• For example, if your subscription is confirmed and started on 23 January, then your first billing cycle will run from January 23rd to February 22nd. Subsequent invoices are generated monthly.
  
• Please note RE widget and RE API will be invoiced in the same billing cycle. 
  
• Note: You can also opt out after the 20 trial APIs. We will stop the access and then you have to re-subscribe to start your billing cycle and get charged.

Due Date

• Invoices are generated on the last day of your billing cycle.
• Payments are charged two days later to the card added to your PriceLabs account.
  

Contract Length

Billing is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Final charges for the current month are applied at the end of the cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription at any point, you can do so by sending an email to support@pricelabs.co. Please note that you might see one final charge on your credit card after cancellation, as we bill in arrears.

Managing plans

In case you wish to change the current plan you are on for RE API, RE Widget, or both, please reach out to support@pricelabs.co. Adding a second product to your existing subscription or moving from Plan 1 ($75 plan) to Plan 2 ($249 plan) will be instantaneous.  Cancellation of subscription(s) or moving back from the $249 plan to the $75 plan will be effective from the next billing cycle. Please note, we will not prorate any charges or issue refunds for the unused time on your billing cycle. However, you will continue to retain access till the billing cycle is active. 

Tax Calculation

PriceLabs may charge any applicable taxes on your invoices in accordance with local laws and regulations, which can vary based on your billing location. To ensure accurate tax calculations, update your billing address (and VAT / GST IDs as applicable) directly from the Billing Page. The tax amount is calculated based on the following:

1. Your Usage of RE Widget, RE API, or both
   
2. Your Billing Address (if you are in the US) or Billing Address and Tax registration status (if you are outside of the US)
3. The Tax Rates Determined by Your Local Jurisdiction
   

When Is Tax Applied?

• End of Billing Cycle: The applicable tax for your RE widget and RE API invoice is calculated at the end of your billing cycle, and your invoice is updated to reflect the tax amount.
• Early Payments: If you pay your invoices early, the applicable tax will be calculated as of the payment date, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
  

Additional Notes

1. All the charges and invoices generated will be in USD.
   
2. The minimum API calls/widget searches offered every month expire at the end of every billing cycle. For example, on the $75 plan, 100 searches are included. If only 80 searches are used in a billing cycle, then the remaining 20 will lapse at the end of the billing cycle and will not roll over into the next billing cycle.
3. Subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any point by emailing us at support@pricelabs.co

Managing Invoices and Tracking Billed Listings

Accessing Your Invoices

1. Go to the Billing Page in your PriceLabs account.
   
2. On the left-hand side panel, click on the "RE widget and API Invoices" tab to view all invoice details.
   

If you want to keep the invoices for records, you can click the PDF link in blue to download your invoice.

If you want to see the API calls made or the widget searches, you can click on the blue "download details CSV" button within the PDF invoice to see the complete details.
