The PriceLabs MCP (Model Context Protocol) allows you to connect your PriceLabs account to supported AI tools like Claude, enabling you to ask questions about your listings, portfolio, and market data using natural language.
Instead of navigating through multiple pages, you can simply ask your AI assistant questions in plain English and receive insights powered by your PriceLabs data.
Once connected, your AI assistant can help you answer a variety of questions about your account, listings, and markets.
For example, you can ask:
Why am I not getting bookings for a specific listing?
What are the occupancy, Base Price, and bedroom count for one of my listings?
How is a particular listing performing?
What are the occupancy trends for a market or region?
Explain pricing recommendations or listing performance.
Help me understand my portfolio data.
You can ask questions naturally—there are no special commands or syntax to learn.
PriceLabs MCP works with supported AI tools like Claude that allow custom MCP connections. Additional AI clients may be supported over time as MCP compatibility continues to expand.
After connecting, you can ask your AI assistant:
"What PriceLabs tools do you have?"
The assistant will display the available tools and use the appropriate one based on the question you're asking.
As new capabilities are added, they become available automatically through the PriceLabs MCP.
To get the most accurate responses:
Ask questions in plain, conversational language.
Include a listing name or listing ID when asking about a specific property.
Specify a market or region when asking about market trends.
Use follow-up questions to explore recommendations or understand the reasoning behind pricing suggestions.
The more context you provide, the more specific and helpful the responses can be.
When you connect PriceLabs MCP, you authorize your AI assistant to securely access your PriceLabs account data in order to answer your questions.
Only information required to fulfill your requests is shared with the connected AI assistant, and you can disconnect the integration at any time from your AI client's connector settings.
If your AI assistant is unable to answer a question:
Verify that your PriceLabs account is still connected.
Confirm you're signed in with the correct PriceLabs account.
Try including additional details, such as the listing name, listing ID, or market.
Start a new conversation if the AI assistant is unable to continue the previous context.
