No Price Updates For Unavailable Nights

No Price Updates For Unavailable Nights

This customization allows you to freeze prices for dates that are booked or manually blocked. Once a date becomes unavailable, PriceLabs will retain the last synced rate and will not update it until the date becomes available again. This helps prevent guests from canceling and rebooking at a lower price and ensures pricing integrity for property managers and hosts.

Before You Start

  1. Retain the last synced prices for nights that are already booked or blocked. Pricelabs will stop updating the prices until the next sync after the night becomes available.
  2. Please note the amount indicated on No Price Change for Unavailable Dates. and ADR Booked Prices may not always match. The ADR is retrieved from PMS and might include additional fees like fees and taxes.
