Step 1: Connecting Noé to PriceLabs

• Log into PriceLabs.

• Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).

• Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Noé from the dropdown.

• Tick the checkbox to "Allow Noé to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & set up in Noé

• Log in to your Noé account and open the Marketplace from Profile > Marketplace

• In the sidebar or filters, choose the Tarification / Pricing category.

• Click Connecter (Connect) — or Connecter PriceLabs.

• In the Connecter PriceLabs dialog, enter:

• Email du compte PriceLabs — the email of your PriceLabs account

• Click Connecter.

• You would be taken to the PriceLabs setup page

• Open the Réglages (Settings) tab

• Choose how Noé handles recommended prices when you enable a property:

1. Click the Automatique or Suggestion card.

2. A toast confirms it was saved.

Tip: Start with Suggestion until you trust the recommendations, then switch to Automatique if you prefer.

Default activation:

1. Option Synchroniser les logements par défaut (Sync properties by default).

2. Recommended: leave this off, then enable property by property (step 5).

Choose what Noé applies from PriceLabs (on top of prices, which are always managed):

1. Toggle each switch as needed.

2. You can override per property in step 5.

Open the Logements (Properties) tab.

1. Browse your Noé properties.

2. For each property to send to PriceLabs:

1. Turn on Synchroniser (Sync).

2. If Prix de base requis (Base price required) appears:

• click it,

• enter the base price (and optional floor / ceiling),

• confirm the property is enabled and sent to PriceLabs.

3. Choose the mode for this property: Automatique or Suggestion.

4. (Optional) Adjust features for this property:

• Min-stay / check-in / out

• Extra guest fee

• The UI shows whether the value inherits the default or is a property override.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

• Review your rates and settings in PriceLabs.
  

• Continue to set up your listings following the Getting Started Guide.

• Enable Sync Prices to allow automatic nightly syncing or click Sync Now to push updates immediately.
