Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Login Flow
- Enter your PriceLabs email and password.

- If credentials are valid, you will be prompted for OTP verification.

- Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to the email.

- Upon successful verification, you will be logged in.
OTP Rules
- Validity: 10 minutes
- OTP is single-use
- Generating a new OTP will invalidate any previously generated OTP
Resend OTP
- OTP can be resent after 60 seconds
- Maximum 3 OTP requests allowed within 15 minutes
If the limit is exceeded:
- If OTP generation limit is exceeded users will have to wait for the 15 minute window to complete.
- Any active OTP is invalidated
Verification Attempts
- Maximum 5 incorrect OTP attempts (per OTP)
- If exceeded, restart the login process
MFA Access & Controls (Admin Only)
- MFA is controlled at the admin level

- Enabling MFA applies to all users (admin + sub-users)
- Disabling MFA removes it for all users
- Setting is available under Advanced Settings
- Only admins can enable or disable MFA
