We find that we get these two questions mostly from users that have a PMS or Channel Manager to broadcast their PriceLabs pricing across multiple platforms. Some services/systems will allow users to add discounts or premiums on top of the pricing that PriceLabs is sending. If PriceLabs is sending pricing to a PMS and that PMS is told to add 10% to any prices sent to a specific channel (like Booking.com or Airbnb), then that premium will be added after PriceLabs communicates with the PMS.
We have also found that there can be a delay in when the PMS or Channel Manager sends out the prices that it was sent by PriceLabs. This delay in broadcast has occasionally led to a booking made at a less than ideal price.
