How to Integrate with Millenium Connect

PriceLabs can send daily rates to Millenium Connect for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Millenium Connect to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Millenium Connect from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Millenium Connect to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Millenium Connect

  1. Log in to your Millenium Connect account and ensure the calendar availability and rates are filled
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> PriceLabs -> Toggle on and click on Manage
  3. Click on Settings and enter your PriceLabs Account Email and toggle on Auto-Apply Prices to enable automatic price updates
  4. Click on Properties -> Toggle on for the properties you want to use PriceLabs


Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Millenium Connect account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs was enabled
    2. When you make any changes to rates in Millenium Connect, kindly click on Sync to PriceLabs before doing a Save&Refresh in PriceLabs
