How to Integrate Qontaktly with PriceLabs

PriceLabs can send daily rates, check-in/check-out restrictions and minimum stay to Qontaktly for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Qontaktly to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add your listings" (if you have no listings) or "Add/Reconnect Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose Qontaktly from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Qontaktly to add listings to your PriceLabs account." Then click
    Save.


Step 2: Connect & Setup in Qontaktly

  1. Log in to your Qontaktly dashboard and navigate to Settings > Pricing.
  2. Under "How do you want to connect PriceLabs?", select the Direct connection card.

  3. Enter Email: Type in your PriceLabs account email address.
  4. Select Inventory: Choose the specific Rooms to price with PriceLabs.
  5. Configure Advanced Automation: Toggle your preferred sync rules:
    1. Publish PriceLabs prices automatically: Turn this on to push rates live immediately or keep it off to preview them first.
    2. Use PriceLabs minimum stay: Apply the dynamic minimum stay rules set by PriceLabs.
    3. Use PriceLabs check-in and check-out days: Sync check-in/out day restrictions.
  6. Click Connect PriceLabs.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up your listings.
  2. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  3. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  4. Check your Qontaktly account to verify updates
    1. Your PriceLabs rates will appear on the calendar for the property where PriceLabs was enabled
