How to Integrate PriceLabs with Vacation RentPro

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, to Vacation RentPro for up to 365 days in advance.

Before You Start

First step is to read the VRP Help topic on: "PriceLabs Interface" which lists the various steps along with other info. 

Step 1: Connecting Vacation RentPro to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Vacation RentPro" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Vacation RentPro to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Vacation RentPro

  1. Contact Vacation RentPro support at markh@harp1.com to activate your account.
  2. Set your PriceLabs account email address in VRP System Preferences.  


  3. Then enable each Property you wish to integrate within the VRP Properties form > Interfaces tab.

  4. Then click the "globe" button (next to PriceLabs) in order to push the Listing details, Calendars & Rates, and Bookings. The bookings starting from 2020-01-01 will be pushed when bookings are pushed for the first time.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  2. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  3. After 5-10 mins, you should be able to pull the prices (using the "Recommended Rates" button within the VRP Property Rates form) from PriceLabs.
