How to Integrate PriceLabs with Sherlock PMS

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, check in/out requirements, length of stay pricing and extra person fee to Sherlock PMS for up to 540 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting Sherlock PMS to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Sherlock PMS" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Sherlock PMS to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Sherlock PMS

  1. Contact Sherlock support at support@sherlock.com.au to turn on your agency activation.
  2. Login to SecurebookIT and navigate: Tariff Management > Manage Tariffs    


  3. On the property click to Activate PriceLabs as shown below.

  4. In Sherlock Pro, open the property menu, modify the property and select the Property Details tab. In the Property Details tab, change the Tariff Number to PL.


  5. In Sherlock Pro, open the property menu, modify the property and select the Web Details/Specifications tab. In the Web Details/Specifications tab, open the Web Export Providers menu and select Pricelabs.



  6. In Sherlock Pro, in the Home tab, select Web Upload.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  2. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  3. Check your Sherlock PMS account to verify updates.
