How to Integrate PriceLabs with Rentibly

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay, check in/out requirements to Rentibly for up to 720 days in advance.

Important Note: Once connected with PriceLabs, prices can only be updated in PriceLabs and would be sent to Rentibly, where they can be viewed on the pricing screen.

Step 1: Connecting Rentibly to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "Rentibly" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow Rentibly to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in Rentibly

  1. Open the integration — Settings → Integrations → Dynamic Pricing → select PriceLabs ("Connect →").

  2. Connect the account — enter "Your PriceLabs account email" and click Connect PriceLabs.   
  3. Enable the properties to price — in the property list, toggle each listing on (or Enable all, which respects the current search filter). 


  4. Choose what PriceLabs manages per property — feature toggles for min stay / check-in / check-out.


Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  2. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  3. Check your Rentibly account to verify updates.
