How to Integrate PriceLabs with QloApps Channel Manager

PriceLabs can send daily rates, minimum stay and check in/out requirements to QloApps Channel Manager (hereafter called QloApps CM) for up to 720 days in advance.

Step 1: Connecting QloApps CM to PriceLabs

  1. Log into PriceLabs.
  2. Click "Add Listings" (if there are no listings) or "Add/Re-import Listings" (if you already have listings).
  3. Select "PMS / Channel Manager" and choose "QloApps Channel Manager" from the dropdown.
  4. Tick the checkbox to "Allow QloApps Channel Manager to add listing to your PriceLabs account."
  5. Then click Save.

Step 2: Connect & Setup in QloApps Channel Manager

  1. To start the integration process, log in to your QloApps Channel Manager admin panel.
  2. Navigate to: QloApps Channel Manager → Revenue Management
  3. You will find a dedicated section for PriceLabs integration.

  4. Enter your PriceLabs registered email ID as shown below.


  5. Click on the Test Connection button.
  6. If the connection is successful, the following screen would be displayed with the message in green.

  7. After this, click on the Submit button, the page will refresh and additional integration tabs and action buttons will appear.

  8. Next, click on ➡ Room/Rates Mapping Tab


  9. Select the rooms, setup the Default rate and click on Save Mapping

  10. The above steps ensure that the selected room and the chosen default rate get automatically saved as a Listing inside PriceLabs.
  11. If you want to manually sync your availability calendar with PriceLabs, click on the Sync Calendar button shown below. This should be used when a room availability is updated, inventory is open/closed or to check instant price reflection in PriceLabs.


  12. To manually push the updated Reservation data, click on the Sync Reservations button shown below. This is useful when new bookings are received, manual updates are made to reservations or you want PriceLabs to instantly recalculate dynamic pricing based on occupancy changes.


  13. To fetch the latest dynamic prices from PriceLabs, click on the Sync Dynamic Pricing button shown below. This should be used when you make pricing rule changes in PriceLabs or you want immediate PriceUpdates in QloApps Channel Manager.

Step 3: Reviewing & Syncing Prices

  1. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.
  2. Enable Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click "Sync Now" to push updates immediately.
  3. Check your QloApps Channel Manager account to verify updates.
